Would You Veg Out with Silverstone?

She may have been 'Clueless' but she's not clueless about what she eats. Alicia Silverstone's new book 'The Kind Diet' is focused on helping readers to transition to a fully vegan diet " that is, one that eliminates meat, dairy and even honey " as a means to benefit their own health and the health of farm animals as well as to lessen the environmental impacts of factory farming practices. Toyota's recall woes go on and on. After halting sales of 8 models earlier in the week due to faulty gas pedals, the Japanese automaker announced today that it was recalling more than a million additional vehicles, including the 2009 " 2010 Pontiac Vibe. Toyota manufactured the Vibe, a clone of its Matrix hatchback, in partnership with GM until the Pontiac line was discontinued late last year. Will the harm to Toyota's reputation give a revitalized Ford a new edge in the market?
